Worcester rare leaf shaped
pickle or sweetmeat dish painted with the Two Peony Rock Bird
pattern c.1757
Although only slightly larger than Lund's shaped leaf dishes the useable
capacity was considerably greater but their rarity would suggest that
the shell shaped pickle dish in many sizes were far more popular.
